I participate at my own risk and will not seek compensation from Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. or any affiliated persons for injuries, psychological stress, or damage to property.
I consent to audiovisual monitoring during the game.
I agree to abide by all game rules and accept that staff may assess whether I can continue participating.
I am responsible for any damage I intentionally cause to the premises or equipment of the escape room.
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I declare that I am the parent or legal guardian, that I am aware of all risks, and that I assume full responsibility for the child.
I confirm that I have read and fully understand this document. I acknowledge that it is a contract and a release of liability, and I sign it voluntarily.
