By purchasing goods and services from Elephant Escape j.d.o.o., the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Elephant Escape j.d.o.o.

The website of Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. is private property, and all communication and interaction taking place through this website must comply with these General Terms and Conditions of business and use.

Under no circumstances may the customer publish or transmit any content through this website that violates and jeopardizes the rights of third parties. The legal relationship between the service provider and the customer is governed by the provisions of the Obligations Act, specifically those provisions related to lease agreements (excluding long-term leases).


The establishment of a business relationship between the service provider and the customer of goods and services is carried out at the business premises of the service provider and on the service provider's website.

Communication between the service provider and the customer takes place orally through the telephone contact provided on the Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. website, as well as in writing via email, SMS messages, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, and any other forms of internet communication.

The service provider is obliged to provide the service exactly as offered to the customer and as agreed upon in the business relationship. The only exceptions to this obligation are force majeure (natural disasters), technical system failures, or justified reasons that prevent the service provider from fulfilling their obligations (illness, death, etc.). The service provider undertakes to offer the customer an alternative appointment under the same conditions.

The service provider always protects the customer's interests and commits to preventing any misuse of their data.


The logo mark, website, and all materials published on the Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. website constitute copyrighted work, and their copying, publication, dissemination, or modification is strictly prohibited. Violation of the General Terms and Conditions may result in legal proceedings and/or criminal prosecution against the infringer for copyright infringement or infringement of any other form of intellectual property rights. The website contains materials protected by copyright. The customer may not in any way exploit any content provided by the service provider, in whole or in part. Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. uses premises rented to third parties for the purpose of solving puzzles set within the room. The room where the game takes place is equipped with video surveillance, through which the game master (i.e., an employee of Elephant Escape j.d.o.o.) monitors the activities and progress of the group inside the rented room using a computer and audio equipment.

At the beginning of the game, the customer allows the service provider to lock them inside the rented room, and the customer's goal is to discover the codes that will provide them with the solution to the exit as quickly as possible.

The seller displays the price for the service offered on their website, as well as the possibility of reserving a room at specific times indicated on the service provider's website.

In the event of cancellation, the customer should notify the seller as soon as possible.

The customer pays the service provider the amount specified on the Elephant Escape j.d.o.o. website for the room rental, in accordance with the number of players participating in the game.


Before the start of the game, the customer agrees to the following:

  • Sign a statement consenting to audio/video surveillance of their activities during the game.

  • Sign a consent form for the processing of personal data, confirming that they are aware of their rights under the GDPR.

  • Undertake not to disclose secrets related to the content of the room and puzzles.

  • Undertake to handle the inventory and room equipment according to the instructions provided by the game master before, during, and after the game.

  • Undertake to comply with the instructions and prohibition signs displayed on specific elements of the room. In the event of any damage caused by non-compliance with these provisions, the customer is responsible.

If the game is interrupted due to force majeure (natural disasters), the game is paused and remains suspended until there is an opportunity to resume the game. If the game cannot be continued, the seller will not charge the customer for the service.
